Return Policy

 

At Bricks & Minifigs, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out as planned. Whether you’ve changed your mind or found a better fit for your collection, we want to make the return process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for you.

We are pleased to offer a 30-day return policy on all items purchased from our store, provided that the items are unopened and you have your receipt. This means you can shop with confidence, knowing that if you need to return an item, you have a reasonable window to do so.

To initiate a return, simply bring your unopened new item along with the original receipt back to our store within 30 days of your purchase. Our friendly staff will be more than happy to assist you with the return process. Please note that items must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a return.

All other items including Built Sets, Certified Sets, Accessories, Bulk Bricks and opened items are non returnable. But we will be happy to make an offer to purchase them back as used items.
